Exchange and Return

All the visitors and customers who make purchase with us must have to agree with all the products at Spandex Sports.

*Note: stated terms are only applicable if we are informed seven (07) days after delivery.

You can 'Exchange' and 'Return' your products within 7 days after the payment is done.

if

-The product you received is damaged.

-Products you received is different from those you ordered.

-Something is missing from the product including tags, labels, and original packing of Spandex Sports.

In such cases, Spandex Sports is fully responsible for all the queries within 7 days.

-The returning product is not used.

-You are returning the same product we delivered.

When we will get the product from your side, our team will review and will make an exchange as early as possible to avoid any dispute.

You can demand an exchange according to the invoice of the product issued by Spandex Sports on your purchase.

Discounted Items wouldn't be exchanged.
